All orders take approximately 48 to 72 hours to process and ship. Please allow for this additional time when calculating estimated arrival dates and when making your shipping method selection. Shipping times vary by location as Part Monster is shipping from the USA—West Coast in Arizona. Not all products are carried in stock at all times but may be available at our suppliers. In some cases, Part Monster might need more than 48 to 72 hours to acquire your items from our suppliers and/or warehouses. In the event the time to acquire your product exceeds 72 hours to ship we will notify you by e-mail concerning the delay.

All international orders can take from 7 days to as many as 30 days to arrive in your country or destination. In most cases any delays you experience can be accredited to your local customs department. If you experience any delays in arrival and would like to check the status of your order please email our Sales Department.

UPS Next Day – 3 to 4 business days

All products listed on Part Monster are subject to availability. In the event any items purchased are out of stock or not available you will receive immediate communications within 24 hours to discuss your options. If at any time the delay in your order or product substitutions are unsatisfactory you have the immediate option to receive a full refund with no further obligations or stipulations.

Part Monster ships exclusively with UPS. We will be adding additional shipping methods at a later time. If a shipping method or cost is not acceptable you have the option to contact us via email at sales@partmonster.com and request a quote for optional shipping services through the US Post Office (USPS).

Since Part Monster ships exclusively with UPS you (the customer) are responsible for all duty’s and taxes for any items purchased. Please verify any fees with your authorities before making a purchase. Part Monster accepts no responsibility or liability for any additional fees collected from your country or destination. We will not mark any items as a gift. An invoice will be provided for all destinations requiring one for customs verifications.
