When
7 days after receipt of item from shipper. Receipt constitutes the day your order was received from shipper and is subject to verification using tracking information from shipping company (i.e.UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal). Until further notice all returns are subject to a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee unless product is defective.
What
Any item found to be defective or damaged in shipping.
How
1. Send email to sales@partmonster.com or call 301-880-3377 9am to 5pm Pacific to receive an RMA (return material authorization) number.
2. Repackage item(s) to ensure a safe trip back to Part Monster.
3. Write the RMA number that you received in the email or by phone on the package and in plain view.
4. Return item to address specified on the phone or in the returns email.
NOTE: Failure to accept an item or package so that the shipping carrier returns it back to Part Monster does not constitute a proper return and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your return credit.

When

What
If you find that you are not happy with your purchase because of color, size, comfort, or for any other reason you are welcome to exchange the item. Any difference in sale price for “like” items will not be credited. Any differences in pricing for “unlike” products will be the responsibility of you the customer. Shipping of the item to be exchanged is the customer's responsibility. Shipping cost for the new item is also you the customer's responsibility.
NOTE: Custom seats are excluded from this policy.
How
Step 1 – Please call 301-880-3377 to discuss your available options and possible substitutions for your exchanged item.
Step 2 – Repackage original purchased (exchanging) item(s) to ensure a safe trip back to Part Monster.
Step 3 – Write the RMA number that you received by phone on the package and in plain view.
Step 4 – Return item to address specified on the phone or in the returns email.
