RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY - EFFECTIVE MAY 1 2008

DISCLAIMER:  Any and all purchased made from Part Monster Inc. constitutes agreement with all policies and procedures listed on this page. All policies displayed on this page are linked in all auctions and applies to all products sold on www.ebay.com. Exceptions are products listed as CLOSEOUT.

RULES - You must first call or email us and request an RMA number for any of the following scenarios listed below. Failure to have an RMA number and posted on the return package will result in a return to sender action. We will not accept any packages from customers without RMA numbers clearly marked on the outside of a package.

DEFECTIVE - If an item is manufactured defective and fails as a result within 30 days from purchase we will replace it. You are responsible for shipping the broken item back. We will pick up the tab for shipping the replacement part.

I DON'T LIKE IT - If you buy something and don't like it then contact us within 14 days from receipt and we will exchange it for something else. NO RETURNS. You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Part Monster, and any difference in costs for the new exchange item. We will invoice you for any differences in cost for the exchange item and shipping costs. This policy is necessary because there are folks out there that are just plain fickle. We go through a ton of work to make sure every auction, picture, description, is accurate and give you the ability to call us before making a purchase. Failure on your part to do research before you buy is not our liability. As a result you will be burdened with the costs to exchange a product.

IT DOES NOT FIT - If your brand new helmet, pants, jersey, jacket, gloves, boots, hat does not fit then we will gladly exchange it for the correct fitting size within 14 days. You are responsible for shipping costs of the wrong fitting item to and from Part Monster. We will invoice you for any differences in cost for the exchange item and shipping costs if applicable. This policy is necessary because some folks think Part Monster Inc. is responsible when they go on an eating binge with a whole box of twinkies and gain 20 pounds in 30 days. Sorry but not our liability. Part Monster goes through a lot of trouble to include sizing charts, instructions, and a means to contact us before you make a purchase. Failure on your part to do research before you buy is not our liability. As a result you will be burdened with the costs to exchange a non-fitting product.

OOPS I BROKE IT - Ok so you made a mistake and installed something wrong, or broke it during installation, or broke it doing something silly that the product was not intended for. No big deal. Give us a call or email us and we will work something out with you. Expect to get a replacement part close to dealer cost plus shipping.

ARRIVES BUSTED - So the shipping company kicked your box around like they just don't care. Call us immediately. We will initiate the claim with the shipping company and make arrangements to have your product replaced quickly and efficiently.

LEGAL MUMBO JUMBO - We reserve the right to change this policy at any time with or without notice. Nobody at Part Monster Inc. is a lawyer nor has legal advice been sought out for the policy above. As a result we are sure that someone, some where, will force us to re-think any or all of the policies above as they will most likely do something stupid which ultimately tricks us, costs us money, and helps us understand that some people are just creative, sneaky, and morally wrong. In such an event that somebody pulls a fast one we will probably have to change something on this page.
